We’ve designed our adult-only glamping pods with both comfort and conscience in mind. From energy-efficient heating systems and eco-friendly cleaning products to sourcing from local businesses wherever possible, every detail reflects our dedication to leaving a lighter footprint.
We actively reduce waste, minimise unnecessary plastic, and encourage guests to recycle using clearly marked bins on site. Our pods are insulated to retain heat naturally, and we provide eco-conscious amenities, including products from Scottish Fine Soaps’ sustainable Sea Kelp range.

Recycle in all our pods
Supply Bamboo (tree free) toilet roll
No Single Use Plastic – all toiletries are refills
Provide plastic free tea bags
Provide ground coffee from a local supplier
The whole site is powered by the Wind Turbine from the farm
Commit to minimum stays in our hot tubs pods – we never have more than 2 sets of guests per week to ensure that each hot tub is not changed over more than twice
Provide an EV charger to encourage guests with EVs
Use eco friendly cleaning products – better for the cleaners and the treatment plant
Encourage wildlife with our no mow banking and burn as well as continued planting of trees, hedges and shrubs.
Protect our dark skies and wildlife with reduced lighting around the site.
Support The Berwickshire Marine Reserve by stocking their Brochures and having the QR Code for and donations tin in The Bothy

Provide new bird boxes for our feathered friends around site and on the farm – even better, we can do this with a local charity of School as part of a community project

Continue to collect the Teeny-Tiny Tiptree Jam Jars that we use for breakfasts for St Abbs Lifeboat as they use them for fundraising.
Recycle all our old towels with The Berwickshire Marine Reserve or the Coldingham Brave Bayers.
