Holly is the most private pod on the site, sitting at the end of the row around 100 metres from the car park, with a little more distance from everything else. Like all the pods, she's fully equipped with a hotel-quality bed, Smart TV, en-suite shower, and fully equipped kitchen. The private electric hot tub is always ready to use, day or night. No heating up. No waiting.

The dark skies in this part of the Borders are genuinely remarkable. Stargazing from a hot tub here is a different experience from most places in the UK.
Holly's position at the end of the pod row gives real breathing room if you want to feel properly removed from the world.

- Minimum two-night stay. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled, and reheated between each set of guests.
- Extended stay discounts: 5% off for 4 nights, 10% off for 5 or 6 nights, 20% off for 7 or more nights
- Check-in from 4pm; check-out by 10am. Different arrangements available if arranged in advance.
