Six luxury pods on a working farm near Coldingham. Two with private hot tubs. All adults-only, all pet-free, all year round. Here's what's available and what you can add when you book.
Every pod at Braeview is fully equipped and ready when you arrive. Hotel-quality beds (all bedding and towels included), en-suite shower, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, private firepit. Milk is in the fridge. Marshmallows are ready for toasting. Farm eggs and logs are available to buy on site. And when you need a change of scene, The Bothy is there: a space to borrow a board game, a book, or a pack of cards.
The site is small by design. Six pods means six sets of guests at most. The noise level reflects that.
When you book through Freetobook, you can add extras: a round of golf at Eyemouth Golf Club, afternoon tea, or a jam jar bouquet.
Standard Luxury Pods
Cedar, Birch, Elder and Willow — from £230 for a 2 night stay
Four pods with everything you need for a genuinely comfortable stay. Hotel-quality beds, en-suite shower, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, private firepit/BBQ. Adults only. Pet free. Each pod has its own character: Cedar is closest to the car park, Elder is the most private of the four, and Willow sits next to Juniper for guests travelling as a group.

HOT TUB POD

Everything in a standard pod, plus a private electric hot tub that's always ready to use. Holly is the most private pod on the site, right at the end of the row.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Is Braeview right for you?
Braeview is well suited to couples, solo visitors, and for the right pods, two people travelling together who want their own space. If the adults-only, pet-free setup matters to you, you're probably in the right place.
Most guests come from Edinburgh, Newcastle, and further afield. Some explore the Berwickshire coast and the Borders. Most just rest.
HOW TO CHOOSE
Not sure which pod?
Hot tub or no hot tub?
Choose Holly or Juniper. Holly is slightly more private, sitting at the end of the row around 100m from the car park. Both hot tubs are electric, so they're always ready on arrival. Note: a minimum two-night stay applies to both hot tub pods.
Standard pods
Cedar, Birch, Elder, and Willow are all the same spec. Cedar is nearest the car park; Elder is the most private. Willow and Juniper are a natural pairing for two couples.
Extras
Golf, afternoon tea, and a jam jar bouquet can all be added during booking. Massage treatments are booked separately via The Bothy.
