Check availability and book directly on the website via Freetobook. Pick your dates, choose your pod, add any extras, and pay online. The whole process takes a couple of minutes.

Do I need to book in advance?

Braeview has six pods, so booking ahead is strongly recommended for weekends and summer dates. Midweek stays outside peak season tend to have more availability, but it's always worth checking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

If you cancel 28 or more days before arrival: a charge of 10% of the booking value applies. If you cancel between 7 and 28 days before arrival: a charge of 50% of the booking value applies. If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival: the full booking amount is charged.

Is Braeview really adults only?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The whole site, all year round. Not just during school holidays. There are no children at Braeview at any point.

No. Braeview is pet-free throughout the year. This applies to all pods.
