On a working farm near Coldingham in Berwickshire, Scottish Borders. Roughly an hour from Edinburgh and around ninety minutes from Newcastle by car. A car is strongly recommended. There is no direct public transport to the site.

If you'd like to arrange an earlier arrival or a later departure, please get in touch before your stay. It depends on changeover arrangements, so advance notice makes all the difference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and refunds.

Cancelled 28 or more days before arrival: 10% of booking value charged.
Cancelled between 7 and 28 days before arrival: 50% of booking value charged.
Cancelled less than 7 days before arrival: full booking value charged.
